1 Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and the 8pubd platform. By using the website, registering an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You should not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

4 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

8pubd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or manipulative activity.
• Abuse of bonus or promotional offers.
• Violation of any clause in these Terms.

In the event of account closure, 8pubd reserves the right to verify all information before returning any applicable balance.

5 Deposits

To deposit funds at 8pubd, we support the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital transaction service from the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — Fast and secure mobile payment service

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please notify our support team.

6 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered and verified payment method.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

8pubd reserves the right to review withdrawal requests as part of fraud prevention or anti-money laundering processes. Accounts may be reviewed in the case of any suspicious transactions.

7 Welcome Bonus

8pubd offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 150% bonus is provided on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳14,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳24,000.

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10x (applied to the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

8 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• Abuse of bonus offers (bonus arbitrage or creating multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited.
• 8pubd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

9 VIP Program

8pubd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active play. 8pubd reserves the right to change VIP terms.

10 Gaming Policy & Fair Play

8pubd is committed to ensuring a safe and transparent gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and all games follow fair play principles. We do not tolerate any form of fraud or dishonest practices.
